Best time to talk about having kids?

Not way too soon (like not just a couple months), but it is good to know you both want the same things in the future before the relationship gets really serious. You don't want to marry someone who doesn't want any kids if you do want some.

I say month of dating because you dont want to spend forever with someone and not kbow their views and opinions on raising and stuff. You dont want to have a child with someone who has no sense of responsibility. You want to make sure you agree before you proceed and stay with someone for a long time then get heart broken because you dont want to have a kid with them but you love them.

This may sound weird but 
Before I ever got serious with any guys! 
I would always ask if kids were somethinf they wanted in their future because if it was something I wanted in mine

I wasnt going to get serious with someone if they didnt share the same things I wanted for the future and I wasnt going to get serious with someone just to be heartbroken when I was in love and theh told me they didnt want kids!

So if it something that could is a definite deal breaker for you I would just ask and explain why your asking before its seriohs

Depends on the relationship, but definitely while you're dating. It doesn't have to be a "we need to have kids at this time" talk, but I think every couple should discuss whether they want kids or not, before they get too serious.
