12 days late.

I am 12 days late today. I am on day 44 since my last period. I have missed a period before but it was only 39 days from my previous period. I have been feeling nasuse for a few days now. My boobs are sore and feel like they do before I usually get my period. Two weeks ago I was getting really bad headaches. I thought it was my prescription so I went to the eye doctor and got new glasses.  Took 4 tests. All negative. I had some cramping yesterday so i am giving it until the end of the day for AF to arrive then I'll be calling my doc. Any advice?
