A little confused..?

So I jus got my bfp this morn!:) anywas I havnt had a period since July an I was also diagnosed with pcos in May. So it's stil a miracle that I actually got pregnant! But now I'm so confused cuz I have no way of knowing how many weeks I am! Any suggestions? I know they have pregnancy tests with the weeks on them. Are they pretty accurate?

The doctor can do a blood test that can estimate how far along you are by how high the levels are. Ultrasound measurements will be the best indicator. I went in at what I thought was 10 wks only to find I was only 6 wks along due to weird dates as well

My periods were way off and I found out how far along I was by getting an early sonogram. I called after my bfp and went in to the doctor a week later. They can measure the sac and figure it out even if you can't see a baby yet

I went and got one of those tests that reads how far along you are and it came up as 3+. Which on the paper it says if it comes up as 3+ then your doctor would probably tell you your 5+. So I'm over th moon!!! Hopefuly that's right!!!:)
