Im 7dpo and im getting what i feel are pregnancy symptoms pain in lower back cramping spotting a little weeing more often sore and very tender boobs headaches dizzy spells and feeling a little sick is it too early to be getting these symptoms could i be pregnant when is earliest i can take a test please help really hope this is my month
