Does every pregnancy comes with symptoms?

Just wondering whether every woman feel symptoms before they make the test that confirms pregnancy, or some women might now knowing in a while?

I did not have one symptom my entire pregnancy. Hope when I get pregnant again it's the same!

No. With my son I threw up literally the whole 9 months! When I MC in aug I had no symptoms other than extreme back ache during the first 2 weeks after confirmed positive.

Only 5 weeks +2 right now, but so far all I have are mild cramps, and that's all I had portion to the bfp
