Please read Brown discharge before AF???

Okay so today is Monday and last Thursday I noticed some light brown discharge so I called my doctor (because I'm currently on my 2nd month of clomid and estradiol and I'm taking it from cycle day 3-7 and 8-12) and she said to count that brown discharge as cycle day 1 and she refilled my medicine and told me to start my medicine but after Thursday I haven't seen nothing at all and AF was suppose to come Sunday which was yesterday and still I havent seen nothing at all. What is going on?
