Dizziness after short period?!

So af came 1 day early last week, but only lasted 3 days when it usually lasts 5 days. Thats never happened before. When I got up I felt really dizzy, so dizzy that I fell against the bed. Still feeling quite dizzy and headachey today. Any chance pregnancy could be possible even after short period?
