Period and ovulation

Chrissie • I am 35yr old and just want that settle family life. I want the vacations and sleepless nights and the love and caring in a family. It dont need the dog and white picid fence but it would be my kind
Just a question if my period is like clock work is it possible that im not ovulating or is your period a sign of ovulation?
