Does a digital HPT class pregnancy from implantation or fertilisation?

Sorry for the stupid question. I read that you can't get a positive pregnancy test before implantation and I use clearblue digital tests which indicate how many weeks pregnant I would be. Would the weeks start at fertilisation or implantation? Thanks :)
