Antibiotics and bbt

I started taking bactrim ds on cd 7 for kidney infection. My bbt has been all over the place since. I usually ovulate on cd14 but my opk + never got fully dark as the control line although it did get darker which is why I marked as +. My dots are not all dark cause I keep waking up a little earlier than normal to pee likely due to the infection but within an hour of my normal time and after long enough sleep. I read online that antibiotics can affect the way your body absorbs estrogen. So is that why my temps are so crazy?
