Okay so I've been living with my grandparents since I was 16 and ever since I've been helping out trying to save money, basically my gpa makes enough for rent and then some to save. And my Gma pays everything else (bills, food, gas) their system kinda works. But my gma (who should NOT be in charge of bills) has been slacking and not paying so that she owes more and more. The electric bills is 400+$ because my Gpa leaves the AC on ALL DAY. the water bill is 200+$ because SoCal is in a drought. Our TV/internet bill is $300 and it was due on the 14th. And its getting shut off. I don't know what to do. She spends her money at expensive stores like vons when I do the weekly shopping of $120ish for 4 people. She spends unnecessarily and we can't afford it! Then she comes to me expecting for me to idk have some sort of solution? I am a fulltime college student and I help out as much as possible. I do the cleaning and grocery shopping. I just don't know what to do..
