Can MS vary from day to day?

I am seven weeks today. I have been a little nauseous and definitely tired and dizzy but compared to past days, I am not near as nauseous as I was. Can it vary from one day to the next or should it always be the same or worse (not better days) until later in the first trimester? Do you ever have better days?

Thanks for this question and answers - I am nearing 7 weeks and also had a weird day with less nausea (but still a ton of aversions). It feels good but it also makes me worry at the same time.

Yes it varies from day to day. I've found that drinking ginger ale helps A LOT.

I have better days than others. I think it's normal.

Yes it totally varies. One day I feel way more normal then the next I feel like gagging constantly. Try to keep a little something in your tummy at all times crackers,toast, ginger snaps water, anything that helps you, I know when my stomach is empty I feel even worse.
