I started yesterday and I bled through 3 tampons and at school today I felt wet so I went to the restroom thinking that I had bled through and when I looked it wasn't blood. My panties were soaked and my leggings were too. If anyone knows what it could be let me know! Thanks in advance!

Go to your gyno when it stops. This randomly happened to me my sophomore year of college (two extremely heavy periods a week apart). They put me on birth control to balance out my hormones (which had gotten all out of whack from stress) and iron supplements to fix the resulting anemia. AFTER the Pap smear and exam ruled out anything serious.
