Waiting for AF ?

After endless talks w hubby we have decided to ttc. I had been on bcp for the last year and made the rookie mistake of stopping mid-pack. Went from regular 28 day cycles to now... CD 41 and nothing ? I just want to get AF already so we can finally start trying. It's so frustrating!!!!
