Help?

12 dpo. Nausea, acne, lower backache, headache, increased appetite, cramps that stop when I eat, breast tenderness and enlargement, frequent urination, nipple soreness. BFN on HPT. I never get nauseated, the breast/nipple symptoms, or frequent urinating. Could I be pregnant with false negative, or am I just obsessing too much.
