Does anyone else?

Im 17 wks 4 days when i lay on my back just watching tv or something even standing or sitting up occasionally my lower right side of my  back/ pelvis like locks up and i have to be jerked straight up to get it to go away its very painful does anyone else have this?

I have hip issues if I sit down too long: get up and have to zombie walk to loosen my joints. I also cannot sit slumped or my hips start to hurt. I'm sure it's do to or hips widening.

It could be pelvic girdle pain. Lots of exercises can strengthen the area to improve pain. I am going through it too and just 14 weeks.

Does anyone else?
