2 + pregnancy test

So I'm kinda excited I did 2 tests today since my period didn't show up & they came up + pretty quickly. Made my dr appt the earliest is next week.

What is the possibility of false +? I just don't want too overly excited if the Dr says its - that would really hurt me since we been TTC for over a year going into 2 yes. I just want this one to stick & stay around this time. Trying to stay positive but don't want to be disappointed. It hard staying calm.
