I've been having acupuncture done for years.

I started in January 2014 to help with stress, conceived in February but miscarried in April. My acupuncturist was there through it all and was so supportive since he and his wife had MC as well. Give it 4-6 sessions before you decide if you like it or not and find someone who you like working with. I am 41, TTC #1 ?

I just started acupuncture. I've gone twice and am hopeful it helps. My midwife suggested it.
