AF was due Monday. Took pregnancy test this morning-negative. Now I've got some mild cramping and gas (like burping gas). I suffer from regular cyst pain so I'm imagining the minor cramping and left pelvic pain I've been feeling only this afternoon is from that. Any thoughts? I usually have a 23 day cycle so I'm not sure if I should even expect a positive test yet or if it will take a few more days for any HCG to show up. Help!
