I have not been ovulating due to high levels of testosterone. My doctor put me back onto BC for 2 months to try to bring this down. I am almost done with my 2nd month then will go back to the doctor for more labs. Has anyone else had this issue? If so any other tips for lowering testosterone levels naturally? I read that spearmint tea can help so I have been drinking it like its my job...
