I have implants, went from an A/B (barely) to D/DD and don't regret it one bit!!, in fact I want them bigger, if they don't get bigger with pregnancy I will most likely have them re-done after I'm done having kids!

Get ready for the back aches and not being able to wear cute bras because nice ones are hard to find in bigger sizes and not being able to wear a button up shirt. Maybe just a boob lift do that they're nice and perky but stay as close to natural looking as possible. Unless your a stripper. LOL

I have breast implants and no back problems! ? I also went from a AA to a 30E. I love mine, although sometimes I wish I went bigger.... Mine aren't as big as they sound. If you want them, then why not?

God made you just the way you are. Women shouldn't conform to what the world tells us is beautiful. Models and actresses are all photo shopped and having a perfect figure just isn't realistic. Stop the cookie-cutter mold that women have to fit! Be beautiful and unique!

I have them and I hate them, they are pointy cone boobs. My surgeon totally ignored the fact and said the bigger you go the pointer they'll be. I'm saving for a redo.

IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I was a big chested girl before I got my reduction. You WILL experience back pain and it is going to be a pain in the ass to do ANYTHING. I don't recommend it at all.
