Is it more important to you to raise a child biologically yours or to simply have a child to love?

In the US 250, 000 children enter the foster care system each year. More than half will return to their parents yet many will stay in the system. Over 100,000 children in the system are waiting to be adopted but each year around 20,000 age out of foster care without ever being adopted
. 
Would you/have you ever take/n in a foster child? Would you ever/do you plan on adopting at any point?

My husband and I have been trying for 4 years to conceive. In that time I've had 7 chemical pregnancies and one ectopic. Last Christmas I was given the gift of meeting a girl who wanted to give her baby up for adoption. In March she gave birth with me in the room. We now have a beautiful 7 month old baby who is all ours. Biology makes no difference. We couldn't love her more if she physically came from us.

As much as I want to have biological children, because I want to have the pregnant time, I don't see anything different between a child you adopt or a child you give birth too. 
My husband and I plan to adopt at least 2 children, no matter how many biological children we have.  
I couldn't be a foster parent though, I just wouldn't be able to get attached to a child and have to give them back to their family.  I think foster parents are some of the strongest people in the world.

I want a biological child (we both do). But I also would want to adopt/foster. I know that's something he is totally for but I have my reservations about it. I know all children biological or not go through a phase where they dislike their parents but I don't think I could handle the whole your not my real mom/dad phase.

I'm planning on doing both. I want to adopt 2-3 children in foster care. Not anytime soon but in the distant future

To me it doesn't matter. I have a 1 child. My son who is gonna be 6. My step son who is turning 3 who I adore. And my husband adopted his ex little girl *unifficially* legal paperwork isn't done he just simply took the father role for her. And I consider her nothing less then another one of our kids.

I want a really big family at least five children however I suffer from a lot of medical conditions and my doctor things I may only have 1 to 2 child that are biologically mine. So if that's the case I am definitely looking forward to adapting at least three children! I think adopting children is an awesome way for families who want more kids and can't reproduce. I will definitely be adopting in the future if I cannot have a big plan family

My husband and I plan to have our own children. If we can not have our own then we will not have any kids. We will give back in other ways but not by adopting.
