Need help please

I've had creamy cm since 3 dpo and im now 8 dpo. My boobs have been sore. I keep getting a shooting cramp that goes to my back sometimes. I've been having 3 hour naps in the day and sleeping 10 hours a night. Also my temps been up since ovulation. Could all this be signs of pregnancy???
