Any one take St. John's Wort?

I just bought a bottle today and I really want to try it. I have heard it affects birth control.. anyone have this problem??

My sister took that and now I have a nephew!! That stuff seriously cancels out bc.

St. John's Wort is a very potent antidepressant. Rather than self medicate, I recommend you see a psychiatrist to ensure you are taking a safe dose of whatever medication is needed, and so you know whether it will interact with anything else you take.

You should not take it with bc, it causes the bc to not be effective
