This was really crazy !! ??

I've been ttc since last year after my misscarige with no success. I really want a baby but it seems impossible. So on July I got a brown discharge before my period like always so I found that normal. But them my period lasted THREE MONTHS straight. Crazy I know ! so I went to my obgyn and the put me on BC to try to regulate. But that didn't help. Do I went back about two and half weeks ago and they found some kind of clot stuck to my cervix and tey removed it. I was cramping really bad but the bleeding stopped like five days ago. I've been sexually active every day since the bleeding stop. But I know I won't get pregnant. Has anyone had something similar to this. Please help. I need support  because I'm at the point of just giving up. I'm always thinking about getting pregnant. Sex is not even fun any more for me
