Hi there ladies, I'm 7 weeks pregnant, and for the last couple weeks I've had constant stomach pains. Sometimes just on the lower left side. It's uncomfortable especially at night. I've had the odd sharp pain once I've gotten up to walk. Havnt met my midwife yet and won't until next week. When I asked a community midwife support worker she said it's probably because my uterus is growing but I'm scared it could be serious... I've seen that an ectopic pregnancy has these signs... Has anyone else experienced these pains? Any idea what it means? Please help
