Could I still have ovulated?
Hey y'all,
I know reading CM to tell O is unreliable when you have PCOS but what about if you're taking Femara/Letrozole? I'm on my second cycle on it & had EWCM for ten days but I got blood test on Thurs that said at CD27 I hadn't ovulated! (I thought I hadn't because my temp hadn't risen; it usually does if I O.) Now my CM has turned to creamy, since yesterday (Fri). Any chance I could have O'd on Thurs/Fri after the blood test but missed it, even though my temp still hasn't risen? Any chance I could still get a BFP or AF? I just want to know what to expect as I consider my options for how to proceed from here in advance of when I go see my RE on Weds. Thanks for any thoughts/advice you can give!
