Seed cycling?

Just read about seed cycling online after someone mentioned it in another post. Has anyone ever tried it? Any recommendations for doing it if your cycles are irregular? Thanks!

This is way more work than the magic pill I'm imagining lol. You know that pill you take for 30 days and then boom your pregnant!! That's what I'm looking for. They've got pills for everything else. Gee.

So, I just purchase some seeds and eat them at certain times of the month? Sure I'll try it! It is low cost, all natural, and doesn't take any time.
