I really like this guy , but he never has time for me. He works a lot and i understand.. he says he likes me too but he makes no effort. Am i wasting my time? Should i move on??

In my experience, a real man will always make the time regardless of how busy they are. If he's coming up with excuses, it's time to move on and find someone that can grow up and know what they've got when they have it right in front of them.

Straight up ask him why he isn't putting in the effort. Be assertive, he won't mind if he really cares about you and I know it's hard to be assertive with someone you care about, but it'll be worth it, and it'll gain confidence. Best of luck !

My husband is in the military and gets deployed and he still always makes time for me. Even if it's just an email before bed so I heard from him that day. If someone really likes you they will make the effort !

If you like someone.. Think about all the ways you make "free time" for yourself for it to be able to work out.guys are exactly the same.. If they like you they will make time for you.
