Is it bright red? Or dark? Is it actually in your stool or is it on tissue when you wipe? Any blood needs to be checked. It could just be fissures or something more. Please go to the doctor

If it is red you have hemroids or fishers from hard stool. If it is black then it is internal. Seek doctors help for this one.

It very well could be a internal hemmoroid. I usually have blood in my stools more than often. Take stool softener cause your poop could be not soft.. And preparation H helps
