What's going on!?!?

Month 8 of TTC. Did everything we could this month.

AF due today, but now on day 4 of brown spotting. Had mild cramps, sore boobs and nausea. Took a hpt today but BFN....

Anyone ever had this but then had BFP? Or do we just think AF will show its ugly face!??
