Do any of you suffer from ibs?

Not really a feminine topic but I've been struggling with it for years and was wondering how many of you have it and if so what are your tips to help.

Fiber and a probiotic have helped me!

I avoid trigger foods- eg dairy, too much fiver, caffiene.

I try to avoid anything fried or greasy. But that's just my trigger. It can vary for everyone.

I have ibs also I'm lactose intolerant and have acid reflux disease so pretty much I eat nothing so I don't get sick!

I don't have ibs but ibd which doesn't ever go away. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2011. Big adjustment to my life.

Not IBS but stomach issues for sure. Just diagnosed with endometriosis and an wondering if the two are related.

Pregnancy has really made it worse for me :/ I don't have a solution, but hopefully someone else does, I'd love an idea of how to feel better.
