6dpo implation pain and cramps?

So I'm 6 dpo today and woke up feeling bloated as the day goes on I have been getting sharp pain in my left side and slight cramps..The pain feels like a knife is stabbing me. Last time I was pregnant in July (ended in a mmc) I felt the same sharp pains through out the day and a little crampy before bed! But that was 8dpo could I be experiencing implation? Has anyone has this happend to them and got a bfp? Also should I try testing tomorrow with a 10 mui pregnancy test since it could be implanting now? Baby dust to all :)
