Hey ladies, I'm really confused as my cycles keep changing every month. But when trying to figure out your monthly cycle, do you count from the first day of your last period, or the last day of your period. Totally lost ?????

First day of last period to first day of next period. Your period is the first few days of the cycle. Hope that helps!
