I have ALWAYS had irregular periods. I got pregnant with my daughter without notice, it was with a "friend" and never tracked or knew when I ovulated. Now my daughter is three and I have married (not her bio dad) but I had IUD, it was removed 2 months ago, had a full 7 day period 2-3 weeks after and on cd 50 and nothing... I just started taking Vitex on Friday to help regulate my body, how long does it take to fully become regular, we have been TTC since bc was taken out.
