What can you tell me about it? How can you get rid of it or get pregnant if you have it?

Endometriosis doesn't go away. You are diagnosed during a laparoscopy surgery in which they can do an ablation or excision to remove the adhesions. After that there are different treatments you can pursue that suppress adhesions from growing back. Inevitably they will come back at some point though. I would not trust an endo diagnosis without surgery because that is the only true way to know if you have it. 
It may not affect your fertility at all. Everyone is different. It depends on the extent of damage done and where the endo is located.

Dr can do a laser surgery.. And yes u can get pregnant. After I had my youngest daughter I was diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis I then got pregnant I had a miscarriage with him/her but a few months later I was pregnant with my son...talk to ur obgyn on options..hope this helps
