Is it normal for the area around my nipples are very tender to the touch but my nipple its self is super sensitive and even my shirt touching my nipples hurts beyond words.. My cycles have never really been normal so hard to track my period and ovulation since sometimes I'll go months without a cycle. Help! Any suggestions to what could cause this or ways to make the pain more tolerable. Thank Y'all and have an amazing day lovelies
