9dpo twinges?

It lasted about 5 seconds felt like I was being pinched or poked with a needle anyone else experienced this?

I'm feeling this on my left side, but mine is a dull ache that gets worse and then dulls again.... it's been this way maybe an hour / hour and a half now!   (9dpo)

I'm 9DPO also and idk if I would describe it that same way but in my left side I have this weird twinge like feeling not like a needle though. Almost like a pulling like feeling
