My mother had my baby brother when she was 38. Baby was healthy. Mom had a couple complications but nothing too bad cause she's still with us today, years later. I'd definitely have to say it's not as easy as when you're younger but having a child at 30 shouldn't be so problem. Just defends on the person. If you're healthy it should be fine.
