I am very confused with OPKs. I was looking into them and they seem to just basically tell you when you've ovulated, but that doesn't necessarily mean the best time to have sex, right? Isn't the best time a teensy bit before ovulation? And what is the advantage of BDing during ovulation? Wouldn't it be better to do that every day for the whole duration of the fertility window? I'm confused and frustrated. 4 months TTC, 3 BFNs, and now my period decides to be irregular, so I need to know what's optimal best for TTC. Please give me suggestions!!!! I'm desperate ?
