Does anyone oil pull?

I've been doing it and it whitens my teeth. Also it helps with joint pain  freshens breath and helps tooth decay slow down also makes ur hair grow faster I love it!

Yes I do I use coconut oil. It's seriously amazing and I feel so much better. I work at a day care so I tend to get a lot of headaches now I never get them! I would seriously recommend it to everyone.

Yes! I need to start it again! It's amazing! I have serious tooth sensitivity and after just a few days of pulling I noticed a huge huge difference!
