My boyfriend has 3 charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Each charge is 6-18 months.. How long should he get? The reason is because I'm 15 and he's older than 18.. ? I miss him so much.

I'm almost positive that when you are under 16 years of age, it's illegal to have sex with anyone over 2 years older then you. He is an adult and in the eyes of a judge, police officer, the government and society- you are a child I am afraid. That's a big age gap for you only being 15.
