Watery cm? TMI

I was at work yesterday and I went to the bathroom cuz I thought that I started my period but no it was a watery like clear stuff and I came out as if I were leaking blood . What dose watery cm mean

No I don't have any test to test and I am still learning how to work this app I took the bc inplant out over two in a half weeks ago and I haven't had a af for two months last month or this months no af . My doctor said I can get pregnant right away after taking the inplant out of my arm .
