Pregnancy after the removal of one Fallopian tube possible?!

Hi ladies! I've had an ectopic pregnancy about three years ago which caused me to have to have one of my tubes removed it's been three years. I haven't been on any birth control the past year and I have yet to conceive. Should I be worried? witch way should I go?

There's a TTC after ectopic group on here. I had an ectopic with a tube removed in 2008. My doctor said I'm good to go, we've been TTC 6 months. It's very possible.

I had one in 2012 I had emergency surgery to remove my tube because it bursted and I concived 2 months after trying but I waited the 6 months like they said and I documented everything until I got my BFP it is possible and does happen . My daughter is a year old now good luck and baby dust to u
