In serious pain!
Anyone ever pulled the small muscle right above your butt crack?? I know it sounds weird but I feel like a knife stabbing me right at my tail bone any time I bend, try to sit, or if I move the wrong way. I think it may be a pulled muscle. Any suggestions in getting rid of the excruciating pain??
