So I've always had irregular cycles, with no known cause. I've had blood tests, etc. I went off the pill 4 months ago and was super regular for 3 months, and had positive OPK. We didn't always BD at the "perfect" time due to life. So no BFP. Last month I did not get a period, just a few days of spotting and no positive OPK. I went back on the pill for the last three weeks to regular and have a cycle. Once I get my period, I plan to start Vitex when I finish.
