Do any of you have extra hair growth?

I have had extra facial hair and neck hair for awhile and can't figure out the source. Apparently it's normal for some women. Any experiences with this?

If you ovulate and have normal cycles then there's probably not a problem. However if periods are scarce it's a sign of pcos.

It could be hormone imbalance you may to to get checked. You may have high testosterone. I had that happen and was out in birth control to help my levels.

I get extra hair growth and my hormones are fine. But I have very dark hair anyway, I'm having laser hair removal on my neck and upper lip at the moment because it's always bothered me!

Could be what Marisela said. I have upper lip hair and the occasional spiky black hair on my chin. Asked my doctor about it but she wasn't worried. If it's just the hair and no other symptoms I wouldn't worry too much about it
