I has a miscarriage sept 12th, before than my period has never been on a regular cyle, how will I know when I'm most fertile, what is the biggest sign?

Follow this app. Check your cervical mucus and basal body temp. It will help you chart and predict for the future months, when you can expect to ovulate. You can also estimate using your shortest cycle. You may also notice when your cervix is lower just while having intercourse. For me, I feel my hubby bumping on it a little. It is also normal for our menses to fluctuate by two days or so or to not come at all depending on what's going on in your life.
