Okay, so I admit I have a phobia of adults wearing masks. It is a genuine fear. Well today at work we dressed up for Halloween & a co-worker caused me to freak out! I lost it in front of several co-workers...full on tears & shaky breathing. Embarrassing! Have you freaked out about something in public? Oh the hormones!!!!

I'm scared of balloons.... Sooo. Yeah. That can be really embarrassing. And it's not like oh get them away from me it's like full on panic attack don't feel bad lots of people have fears and yours sounds more normal to me!
