My husband is in the marine corps currently training for an upcoming deployment he will be gone for the whole month of November. I asked my boss if during that time I could alter my hours from 8-5 to 7:45-4:45 as I have to pick my daughter up from child care by 5 I also informed her that my dd is on a wait list with another preschool that has better hours so this isn't an issue again. She replied that I had already missed 1 day this month due to my dd being to sick to attend daycare and that they can not continue to accommodate my needs. I have no other option and don't know what to do I would look for a new job but am 12 weeks pregnant. Any advice?
